Taste and see that the Lord is good! As Pastor Rob continues to preach through John 6, this sermon exhorts us to delight in Jesus Christ by recognizing His abundant goodness. Jesus invites us to come and sit at His table. He calls us to drink from His fountain and He summons us to rest in His unwavering care. When the Lord draws us to Himself, He bids us to rest in Him. We're not to merely celebrate what He can provide for us, but we rejoice in Him. We are satisfied, content, and full in our Savior. And, this invitation to feast is a foretaste of what awaits: when the saints from every tribe and tongue, those redeemed from all the ages, are served at the eternal Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Those He has adopted will always be His. So, come and feast in the safe arms of Christ!
