• C&B – Current (clean): this is the current C&B dated June 2025.  We operate under this C&B today.
• C&B – Proposed (clean): this is the proposed recommendation from the C&B Committee.  If approved, this will be the new C&B.
• C&B – Current (track changes): this is a comparison of the Current vs Proposed. While this may be harder to read (for some), our aim is to be fully transparent with a word-by-word comparison of the changes.

Certificate of Formation

• Articles of Incorporation – Current (1952 original + 2006 amendment): this is the current document in place registered with the Texas Secretary of State.  Note:  the document title has since changed from Articles of Incorporation to Certificate of Formation.
• Certificate of Formation – Proposed (clean): this is the proposed recommendation from the C&B Committee. If approved, this will be the new Certificate of Formation registered with the Texas Secretary of State
